Funeral set for Wand brothers

September 19, 2012 By WRN Contributor

Funeral services will be held next Wednesday for three young boys killed in a Green County house fire earlier this month.

The father of Allen, Jeffrey and Joseph Wand — 32-year-old Armin Wand III — is accused of setting the blaze, along with his 18-year-old brother, Jeremy, in order to cash in on insurance policies. Both are behind bars with bail set at over a million dollars each.

The mother of the boys continues to recover in the hospital. Sharon Wand was severely burned; she has had three surgeries so far.
