Mustangs to sit out 2013

The Milwaukee Mustangs announced Thursday that it will sit out the 2013 Arena Football League season but will work to return to action in 2014.

The Mustangs said the AFL had granted the Mustangs “dormancy” for the 2013 season.

According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, AFL Commissioner Jerry Kurz called the Mustangs a “strong partner”.
