Marquette turns into bait for the Gators

November 30, 2012 By Bill Scott

The Marquette Golden Eagles suffered their worse loss since the 2005 season, falling in the Big East/SEC challenge 82-47 to the 7th ranked Florida Gators.

The 47 points scored is also the fewest point scored by Marquette in nearly three years.

Vander Blue scored 20 points in the loss for Marquette (5-2) and that may be one of the very few bright spots for the Golden Eagles.
