Waite resigns at Wisconsin

Wisconsin‘s head women’s volleyball coach of the past 14 seasons, Pete Waite, has resigned.

Waite has a 305-146 record at Wisconsin and an overall record of 571-248 in 25 years.  Waite’s 14-year Big Ten record is 170-108.

The Badgers competed in nine NCAA tournaments, including a second-place finish in the 2000 championship under Waite. 

Waite also won Big Ten Conference titles in 2000 and 2001.
