Janesville police investigate possible homicide

December 10, 2012 By WRN Contributor

A Janesville woman found dead in the home of her estranged husband over the weekend is believed to have been murdered.

Police found 46-year-old Tracy Moyer in home of Krystofer Carlisle around 3 a.m. on Saturday. An autopsy later confirmed Moyer died as the result of being strangled.

Carlisle was also found in the home. Police say he was in “medical distress” at the time and remains hospitalized.

Janesville Police are investigating the death as a homicide, but have not indicated if Carlisle is a suspect at this point.
