Matthews could return Sunday

The first time the Green Bay Packers faced the Chicago Bears, Clay Matthews

Clay Matthews

had his way with Bears left tackle J’Marcus Webb.  Matthews, who has 9-sacks on the season, had 3 1/2 on that September day at Lambeau Field against the Bears.

Matthews returned to the practice field with the Packers on Wednesday, after missing the last four games.  He said his two previous hamstring injuries has him well versed in knowing when to say when.

Matthews will do more at practice today and Friday.  But he’ll get no padded work.  The Packers don’t have any padded practices scheduled for week.
