Nelson likely out this week

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson re-aggravated a hamstring

injury on Sunday that he first injured in late October.  Nelson had to leave the game in the first half against the Vikings and coach Mike McCarthy is likely out for this Sunday nights game against the Detroit Lions.

Nelson aggravated the same hamstring in warmups before Sunday’s game.  He attempted to play through the injury but left after just 11 plays.

McCarthy didn’t know how many weeks Nelson would miss, but didn’t think the injury was serious.
