Marquette is perfect in Big East play

-62 win over Seton Hall last night at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.  It’s the 19th straight home court win for the Golden Eagles.

The Pirates came to Milwaukee with only 8 healthy players and lost two of them to foul disqualification during the game.

The Golden Eagles were so-so in the rebound department, they didn’t shoot lights out.  Coach Buzz Williams said his team isn’t really good at any 1 thing.

Marquette (13-3, 4-0) got 17 points from Davante Gardner, 12 from Todd Mayo and 10 from Jamil Wilson.

Marquette hits the road to face the Bearcats in Cincinnati on Saturday.
