Governor Scott Walker is offering a preview of his upcoming State of the State address
The governor released excerpts of the speech this afternoon, which show he plans to promise middle-class taxpayers will see some form of state income tax cut.
Walker will also to tout a $342 million budget surplus and drops in property taxes, and how the tough, but prudent decisions made over the last two years allowed the state to get its fiscal house in order and move “Wisconsin forward with bold vision and bright hope for the future.”
The governor will also continue his push for lawmakers to pass mining reform legislation and expand school choice options.
