Wisconsin & Marquette both climb in AP Top 25

February 18, 2013 By Bill Scott

Both Wisconsin & Marquette went 1-1 last week and both moved up one spot in the Associated Press Top 25 College Basketball Poll.

The Badgers, fresh off of yesterday’s 71-49 win over Ohio State, moved from 20th to 19th in this week’s Top 25 poll.  The Buckeyes dropped from 13th to 18th.

Marquette lost at Georgetown, then beat Pittsburgh on Saturday and moved from 18 to 17 in the AP Poll.

The Golden Eagles play at Seton Hall on Tuesday night, while the Badgers return to action Wednesday night at Northwestern.
