Homicide investigation in Waushara County

March 8, 2013 By WRN Contributor

The death of a man found in a Waushara County hotel room this week has been ruled a homicide.

Police says 50-year-old Robert Kasun of Wautoma was found dead at the Mt. Morris Motel Wednesday by one of his friends. Investigators have not disclosed how Kasun died, but say his death was suspicious. His body has been taken to Madison for an autopsy, while no arrests have been made.

The owner of the motel said Kasun had just moved into the room Sunday.

Waushara County and the State Department of Justice are working together on the investigation.
