Boston Marathon turns tragic

April 16, 2013 By Bill Scott

3 people died, 144 were injured, 17 of them critically as a pair of explosions took what started as a beautiful day in Boston and turned it into a nightmare.

Authorities haven’t found the guilty party yet, but you can get they won’t rest until they do.

Runners from all over the country flocked to Boston for this event.  It meant the explosions had a substantial and direct impact for many across the country.

Just how tragic is this incident?  Boston Globe columnist Kevin Cullen wrote an excellent, yet touching commentary.  I would encourage you to read the column.  And if you believe in praying, say a prayer for all those affected in this terrible tragedy.
