Ryan Braun was held out of the Milwaukee Brewers lineup on Wednesday because of
a sore right thumb.
Manager Ron Roenicke said Braun’s absence had nothing to do with reports that Major League Baseball is trying to suspend Braun as part of its Biogenesis investigation.
Roenicke said the club hasn’t collected any information from MLB regarding Braun and he’s tired of all of the Braun chatter.
