could return from a thumb injury before the all-star break.

Roenicke reported no major issues with his sore right thumb after taking dry swings for the second straight day before Wednesday’s game.

Wily Peralta Update

Right-handed pitcher Wily Peralta is “Iffy” to make his next start because of a strained left hamstring.  Peralta was able to work out and play some catch yesterday, one day after the hamstring injury forced him from the game.
