station that he fears he’s paying the price for all of the hits he’s taken in his career.  In that interview, Favre said “I don’t remember my daughter playing soccer, youth soccer, one summer.  I don’t remember that.”

Favre played in a record 297 regular season games in a row.  He was sacked 525 times and suffered an unknown number of concussions.

Favre’s comments came after the St. Louis Rams reportedly attempted to lure Favre out of retirement.  The Rams were looking for a replacement for injured quarterback Sam Bradford when they contacted Favre’s agent, Bus Cook.

The answer was a quick no.  The 44-year-old Favre hasn’t played in the NFL since 2010.

Favre as no idea how many concussions he’s had in his career.  He played most of his career before the rules protected quarterbacks.
