the Green Bay Packers on Wednesday.

Finley was knocked out of the September 22nd game against the Bengals when he was hit in the head on a tackle by Cincinnati safety George Iloka.

Iloka was not penalized for the hit, but was later fined $15,000 by the NFL later.  Finley said he thought the hit was clean and didn’t think Iloka deserved a fine.

Finley said he didn’t experience severe headaches or light sensitivity.

Rookie running back Eddie Lacy also returned to practice on Wednesday.  He suffered a concussion on the first drive against Washington on September 15th.  Lacy had to sit out the Cincinnati game because he hadn’t received clearance.
