Badgers climb to 4th in AP Top 25

December 9, 2013 By Bill Scott

Following Saturday’s win over Marquette, the unbeaten (10-0) Wisconsin Badgers moved up four spots to No. 4 in the Associated Press Top 25 college basketball poll which was released today.

The Badgers trail new No. 1 Arizona, Syracuse and Ohio State.  Michigan State dropped from first to fifth in this week’s poll after falling to unranked North Carolina last week.

The No. 4 ranking is the Badgers’ highest since they were ranked No. 3 in March of 2007.

The Badgers also moved up three spots to No. 6 in the USA Today Coaches Poll.
