Packers CEO in favor of change

some possible changes to the NFL, including the expansion of the current playoff format.

The league is considering adding a team in each conference, make the number of teams go from 12 to 14 down the road.

Murphy said the extra revenue for the league would be good, but he also thinks there should be a trade-off.  Murphy would like to see the preseason shortened by a game.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is also drumming up support for the elimination of the extra point because its become too automatic.
