The Milwaukee Bucks received more bad news on the injury front this week.
Center Larry Sanders is out indefinitely with a fractured right orbital bone suffered in Saturday’s loss to the Houston Rockets.
Sanders had signed a 4-year, $44-million contract extension in the off-season and has already missed six weeks and 25 games earlier after undergoing surgery on his right thumb following a brawl at a downtown Milwaukee night club.
Sanders had a career-high 25 points and a season high 15 rebounds in a loss at Denver last week. In three February games, Sanders averaged 14.3 points and 11.3 rebounds.
