The Green Knights completed a perfect run through the Midwest Conference tournament over the weekend with a 4-3 win over Grinnell on Saturday.  The Green Knights (23-14) won the conference title for the fifth time in program history.

St. Norbert College will take a 7-game win streak into the NCAA’s Midwest Regional on Wednesday at UW-Whitewater.  The Green Knights will take on the host Warhawks in the first round at noon on Wednesday.

St. Norbert freshman pitcher Jake McMahon came on in relief and escaped a bases-loaded jam with one out after the Pioneers scored two runs to cut their deficit to one.  But Grinnell  flew out and popped out for the games final two outs as McMahon came up with his first save of the season.
