Racine County sheriff’s deputies seized more than 40 grams of heroin and 60 grams of cocaine valued at about $12,500, and arrested three Minnesota men, during a traffic stop on I-94 Monday night. Deputies discovered the drugs during a traffic stop of a northbound vehicle on I-94 about 8:15 p.m., according to a sheriff’s department news release. The drugs were alledgedlly being taken from Chicago to Minnesota.
The vehicle’s occupants, identified as 27-year-old William Hibbler of Minneapolis 27-year-old Javon Thomas of St. Paul and 37-year-old Jeremy T. Leatherberry of Duluth, were arrested on possible charges of possession of heroin and cocaine with intent to deliver. They were taken to the Racine County jail.
