August 6, 2014 By Bill Scott

The Wisconsin Badger football team will scrimmage on Sunday at Camp Randall Stadium and they’re opening it up to the public.

The scrimmage is set to run from 11am to 12:45pm and admission is free.

The University says fans can enter the stadium through Gate 1, starting at 10:30am.  Parking is available for free in the Lot 17 ramp located just north of the stadium.

Coach Gary Andersen is hoping for as many fans as possible.  He’s hoping the crowd will help his young players prepare for the season because a number of young players will be called on to contribute right away in the season opener against L.S.U. on August 30.

The Badgers opened fall training camp on Monday in Madison.
