Superior police investigate homicide

Police in Superior are investigating a homicide. Just before 7:00 pm on Tuesday, officers responded to a report of a shooting at 3706 East 1st Street. According to police, a resident reported she was upstairs in the home and heard gunshots. She went downstairs and found the victim on the floor and unresponsive.

Police are investigating the incident as a homicide and no suspect has been identified at this time. The name of the victim has not yet been released pending notification of family.
