Bucks win third straight in Kidds return to Brooklyn

November 20, 2014 By Bill Scott

The Milwaukee Bucks made Jason Kidd’s return to Brooklyn a triumphant one, pulling out a 122-118 win over the Nets in triple overtime on Wednesday night.

The Bucks (7-5) won their 3rd straight as rookie Jabari Parker scored a career high 23 points in the win.  Giannis Antetokounmo added 18 points and 12 rebounds and veteran O.J. Mayo had 21 points and 7 rebounds.  Brandon Knight finished with 18 points and 8 assists.

Knight missed a lay-up at the end of the first overtime that would have won it for the Bucks.  He hit a three pointer near the end of the second overtime to force a third, helping the Bucks pull out a win.

Brook Lopez had 26 points for the Nets (4-7) while Bojan Bogdanovic added 19 points in the loss.
