Bucks fall short at Cleveland

December 3, 2014 By Bill Scott

Milwaukee Bucks logoThe Milwaukee Bucks gave Cleveland a good run for their money but wound up on the losing end 111-108 to the Cavaliers at Quicken Loans Arena on Tuesday night.

Lebron James took over in the fourth quarter, scoring 15 points to help the Cavaliers pull out the win.

The Bucks (10-9) got 27 points, eight assists and six rebounds from Brandon Knight.  Rookie forward Jabari Parker added 22 points and eight rebounds in the loss.  Parker hit 11 of 15 shots and was just one off of his season-high point total.

James finished with 26 points for the Cavaliers, but got help from Kyrie Irvin (28 points) and Kevin Love (27 points and 10 rebounds).

The Bucks played the second half without forward Ersan Ilyasova after he suffered a facial contusion late in the second quarter.

The Bucks return home to host the Dallas Mavericks at the Bradley Center tonight.
