The Milwaukee Bucks saw their losing streak reach 10 games on the road and five games overall, falling to the Brooklyn Nets 129-127 in triple OT.
The Nets (28-39) kept their playoff hopes alive while the slumping Bucks (34-35), dropped to 4-12 since the all-star break. The Bucks still hold down 6th place in the Eastern Conference playoff chase, but Miami is closing the gap. The 7th place Heat beat Denver last night to climb within 1 1/2 games of the Bucks in the Eastern Conference playoff chase.
Khris Middleton scored 29 points to lead the Bucks. Giannis Antetokounmpo added 23 points and 14 rebounds and Ersan Ilyasova duplicated Antetokounmpo’s numbers.
Zaza Pachulia added 22 points and pulled down 21 rebounds, including a franchise record 18 offensive rebounds.
The Bucks have 13 games left. They host Cleveland on Sunday.
