While Governor Scott Walker has yet to formally announce a run for president, a group that includes two of his former campaign officials has formed a new super PAC that can raise and spend unlimited funds to help promote a potential White House bid.

The political action committee is calling itself the Unintimidated PAC, a play on Walker’s 2013 book, which was titled “Unintimidated: A Governor’s Story and a Nation’s Challenge.”

Keith Gilkes, who served as a senior advisor to Walker’s 2014 re-election campaign, will serve as the executive director. Stephan Thompson, Walker’s former campaign manager, will be the deputy executive director.

According to a release from the group, it “will be dedicated to highlighting Governor Walker’s strong record of reform and courageous leadership that have helped make Wisconsin great again.”

Walker declined to comment on the formation of the group while speaking with reporters by phone from Europe on Thursday, where he’s currently on a state trade mission.
