Things didn’t go according to plan for Kyle Lohse in his final spring tune-up.  The Milwaukee Brewers opening day starter gave up three home runs in four innings as the Chicago Cubs pulled out a 11-7 win at Sloan Park.

In all, Lohse gave up seven runs on eight hits with four walks and three strikeouts.  He suffered his first loss of the spring (2-1).

Lohse will get the start on opening day against the Colorado Rockies this Monday.

The Brewers will face the San Diego Padres in cactus league play this afternoon.  Matt Garza (2-1, 6.16) goes for Milwaukee.  Tyson Ross (3-0, 2.89) gets the call for the Padres.
