Homes sales in the Badger State grew “substantially” last month.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association said Monday that its members sold 16 percent more existing homes in March than in the same month the year before. Just over 5,400 houses were purchases, up from about 4,700 during the same time period in 2014.
Median resale prices were also up 8.8 percent from the year before, climbing to about $149,000 in March.
