Packers announce roster moves

Packers PracticeThe Green Bay Packers announced the signing of 17 rookie free agents today.

The list of players includes five wide receivers, Javess Blue (Kentucky), Ricky Collins (Texas A&M-Commerse), Adrian Coxson (Stony Brook), Jimmie Hunt (Missouri) and Larry Pinkard (Old Dominion).

The rest of the list includes CB Bernard Blake (Colorado State), RB John Crockett (North Dakota State), RB Alonzo Harris (Louisiana-Lafayette), LB Tavarus Dantzler (Bethune-Cookman), T Fabbians Ebbele (Arizona), CB LaDarius Gunter (Miami), TE Mitchell Henry (Western Kentucky), DT Lavon Hooks (Mississippi), LB Jermauria Rasco (Louisiana State), G Marcus Reed (Fayetteville State), G Matt Rotheram (Pittsburgh) and LB James Vaughters (Stanford).

These players, along with the teams eight draft picks, are taking part in a 3-day rookie orientation camp that wraps up on Saturday.

The Packers also have contracts with a number of those draft picks and all of them could have deals before they hit the practice field today.
