Wisconsin men’s basketball home attendance ranked first in the Big Ten this season and fifth in the nation this past season. The capacity average of 17,279 at the Kohl Center helped the Badgers reach their largest attendance total since the 2011-12 season.
Wisconsin’s streak of top seven finishes has reached 15-years nationally. This past season, Wisconsin trailed only Syracuse, Kentucky, Louisville and North Carolina. Kentucky was the only school to play in front of more people at 845,594.
Wisconsin has ranked among the top two in the Big Ten for 13 consecutive seasons and has now led the conference 10 times since 2003.
