Marquette improves to 3-0 in Europe

MarquetteGoldenEagles2Freshman guard Traci Carter scored 20 points to lead the Marquette Golden Eagles rolled to a 102-66 win over Vicenza Select in Vicenza, Italy on Sunday.

It’s the third win in three games for the Golden Eagles on their four-game trip.

Luke Fisher added 19 points and eight rebounds while Henry Ellenson had 18 points and seven rebounds.  Another freshman, Matt Heldt, had a game-high eleven rebounds in the win.

Marquette wraps up its trip with a final exhibition on Wednesday.
