Bangor captures WIAA D-7 football Championship

WIAA logoAndrew Piske rushed for 173 yards and two  touchdowns to lead Bangor to a 20-14 win over Pepin/Alma to the WIAA Division 7 Championship on Thursday at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison.

Bangor (14-0) captured their first ever state championship in football, playing in the title game for the first time as well.

Pepin/Alma finished the season with a 13-1 record.
