Oshkosh cops find alligator in home

November 23, 2015 By WRN Contributor

Police in Oshkosh say an alligator and several snakes were among over two dozen animals found at a home over the weekend. An anonymous tip led to the discovery of the exotic animals at a home in the 3700 block of Glenshire Lane.

When officers went there Saturday, they found a two-and-a-half foot-long alligator, 8 snakes, spiders and several other animals. Police say there were 29 animals in all. Such animals are not allowed in the city. The investigation is ongoing.
