WIAA Girls Volleyball Tournament opens today

WIAA logoThe 43rd annual WIAA Girls State Volleyball Tournament opens today and runs through Saturday at the Resch Center in Green Bay.

Division one schools make up the first day of competition, followed by divisions 2, 3 and 4 on Friday.

Division 1 – Thursday, November 5

4:30pm  –  D.C. Everest (31-7) vs. Divine Savior Holy Angels (43-5)
4:30pm  –  Appleton North (34-9) vs. Greendale (44-3)

7:30pm  –  Verona (33-5) vs. Burlington (42-3)
7:30pm  –  Neenah (30-13) vs. Oconomowoc (29-3)

Division 1 Semifinals – Friday, November 6
Division 1 Finals – Saturday, November 7  4:30pm

Division 2 – Friday, November 6

4:00pm  –  Altoona (44-3) vs. East Troy (31-9)
4:00pm  –  Notre Dame (38-5) vs. Catholic Memorial (35-14)

Division 2 Finals – Saturday, November 7  2:00pm

Division 3 – Friday, November 6

1:00pm  –  Regis (33-8) vs. Waterloo (32-11)
1:00pm  –  Lourdes Academy (44-7) vs. Lake Country Lutheran (36-5)

Division 3 Finals – Saturday, November 7  11:30am

Division 4 – Friday, November 6

10:00am – Clayton (23-8) vs. Southwestern (26-1)
10:00am – Newman Catholic (38-1) vs. Living Word Lutheran (19-12)

Division 4 Finals – Saturday, November 7  9:00am
