Bucks comeback effort falls short

December 12, 2015 By Bill Scott

Milwaukee Bucks logo 11The Toronto Raptors led by as many as 19 points on Friday night, but they had to hold off a late rally by the Milwaukee Bucks in order to claim the 90-83 victory.

DeMar DeRozan led the Raptors with 27 points.

The Bucks chipped away in the second half and got to within four points with five minutes to play but their comeback effort would end right there.

Khris Middleton led the Bucks with 26 points.  Giannis Antetokounmpo had 15 points and seven rebounds as the Bucks lost their second straight.

Milwaukee is back home at the BMO Harris Bradley Center tonight, against the unbeaten Golden State Warriors.  Golden State beat Boston 124-119 in double overtime last night to improve to 24-0 on the season.  They’ll be playing the final game of a seven game road trip in Milwaukee tonight.
