Tips from the public seem to be paying off for the Beloit Police Department when it comes to solving the murder of five-year-old Austin Ramos Junior.

In addition to finding the suspect vehicle, officers have arrested a third suspect – 18-year-old Hugo Martinez of Beloit.

Police are still searching for 21-year-old Eric Salazar-Mota and 23-year-old Sergio Ortiz-Raygoza.

A fourth man – Isaac Torres — is currently in custody and police are seeking a charge of party to the crime of first degree intentional homicide.

The little boy was killed by gunfire a little after 7:00 o’clock last Friday while in a vehicle with his father in Beloit.
