For the second-straight week, Wisconsin’s Ethan Happ has earned Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors.

After scoring the game-winning basket two weeks ago against No. 4 Michigan State and being named co-Big Ten Freshman of the Week, the freshman forward from Milan, Illinois, followed up with a career-high 20 points and 11 rebounds to power the Badgers to a 66-60 road win at Penn State last Thursday.

Happ became the first UW freshman to post at least 20 points and 10 rebounds in a game since Alando Tucker in 2002.

This is the second-straight and second-career Big Ten Freshman of the Week honor for Happ.  He is tied for the Big Ten lead with seven double-doubles this season and has posted at least 10 points and seven rebounds in 13 of UW’s 20 games.

The Badgers host number-25 Indiana at the Kohl Center on Tuesday ( 6pm tip) on ESPN.  The Badgers also travel to Illinois this week for a game on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. on BTN.
