Khris Middleton scored 14 of his game-high 27 points to lead the Milwaukee Bucks a 99-92 win over the Washington Wizards at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.

The Bucks (22-42) own their second straight game and avoided a sweep of the four-game series with the Wizards (23-28).

Middleton also added nine assists and had just two turnovers in the win.

Forward Jabari Parker played a season-high 41 minutes and contributed 17 points and nine rebounds.  Teammate Giannis Antetokounmpo added 17 points and 13 rebounds.

In previous matchups, the Bucks had struggled to defend the Wizards’ three-point shooters but Thursday night, they held Washington to six of 32 beyond the arc (18.8%).

The Bucks bench outscored the Wizards bench 32-24, led by 12 points from Greg Monroe.

Jabari Parker and Khris Middleton will now head to Toronto to take part in all-star weekend.  The rest of the Bucks team will get some extra rest before getting back together for practice on Wednesday night.
