Authorities in northeastern Wisconsin says at least 38 people were arrested Tuesday, as part of a seven month long investigation into meth distribution in the region.

The Brown County Drug Task Force says 100 local, state and federal agents searched 20 locations. Fourteen of those were in Green Bay, and one each in Bellevue, Howard, Suamico, Ashwaubenon, Kewaunee County and Oconto County. The sweep was done in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Justice’s Department of Criminal Investigation and the DEA.

Many of the people arrested are expected to appear in court Wednesday. Officials say they plan to release more information later this week.
