Racine police investigate killing of delivery driver

March 28, 2016 By WRN Contributor

Racine police say 37-year old restaurant delivery driver James Norris was reportedly on his final run Friday night when he was struck by at least one of several bullets fired outside an apartment complex on the city’s far northeast side.

Police continue working the investigation, while offering few details. Meanwhile, a GoFundMe page has been set up to help Norris’ family, including several children.

Norris is the second homicide victim in Racine this year, and the third delivery driver targeted since February. Public information continues to be sought.
