Time Magazine list of 100 most influential people includes three from Wisconsin

April 21, 2016 By WRN Contributor

Three Wisconsinites are on Time Magazine’s list of the 100 most influential people in the world.

House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) of Janesville, Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus from Kenosha, and actor and former Milwaukeean Mark Rylance made the 2016 list.

Time published essays about each person, with Ryan’s written by 2012 presidential candidate Mitt Romney, who selected Ryan as his running mate. Republican White House hopeful Ted Cruz also made the list, with Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker writing his essay.
