WIAA State Spring Baseball Championships to be decided today

WIAA logoThe field is set for the WIAA Boys Spring State Baseball Championships at Fox Cities Stadium in Appleton today.  Semifinal games were played in three divisions on Wednesday.

Division 4

Ithaca 6, Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran 2
Rib Lake 6, Pepin/Alma 2

Division 3

Prairie du Chien 2, Markesan 0
St. Mary Catholic 6, Unity 5

Division 2

Milwaukee Lutheran 4, Lodi 1
Waupaca 6, West Salem 3

Thursday’s Championship Matchups

Division 4  Ithaca (22-3) vs. Rib Lake (20-4) – 9 am

Division 3  Prairie du Chien (25-1) vs. St. Mary Catholic (25-0) – noon

Division 2  Milwaukee Lutheran (24-7) vs. Waupaca (24-4) – 3 pm

Division 1  Burlington (24-5) vs. Arrowhead (29-2) – 6 pm
