Badgers rebound with blowout over Prairie View A & M

The Wisconsin Badgers followed up their loss to North Carolina in the Maui Invitational Championship game by demolishing Prairie View A & M 95-50 at the Kohl Center on Sunday.

Nigel Hayes led six players in double figures with 17 points.  Ethan Happ had 12 points, Bronson Koenig and Zak Showalter added 11 points apiece and D’Mitrik Trice and Khalil Iverson had 10 points each off of the bench.

The Badgers (5-2) were coming off a 71-56 loss to fourth-ranked North Carolina last week.

The Badgers turn around on Tuesday night to face Syracuse in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.
