Anthony Davis has already scored 50 and 45 points in a pair of games this season. Last night, the Milwaukee Bucks held Davis to 35 points and 15 rebounds and pulled out a 117-113 road victory.
Giannis Antetokounmpo had 24 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists to lead the Bucks. Jabari Parker added 21 points and rookie Malcolm Brogdon had 14 points, including a big three pointer late in the final quarter to help the Bucks preserve the win.
Milwaukee drew even at 2-2, while the Pelicans dropped to 0-4.
Davis went 9 of 21 from the field and 17 of 18 from the free throw line for the Pelicans.
The Bucks return home to host the Indiana Pacers (2-2) at the BMO Harris Bradley Center on Thursday night.
