Duffy named to Trump transition team

November 30, 2016 By WRN Contributor

President Elect Donald Trump has added Wisconsin Congressman Sean Duffy to his transition team. Duffy is one of five new members of the team’s executive committee, bringing the total to 20.

The 7th District Republican was an outspoken Trump supporter — but told CNN two weeks ago that Trump needs to restructure his use of Twitter, saying it’s not “very presidential” to tweet criticisms of the news media during the early morning hours. That was when Trump slammed the New York Times for reporting turmoil in his transition team.
