Sheboygan City Council fires City Administrator

January 10, 2023 By WRN Contributor

By an 8 to 2 vote, the Sheboygan Common Council voted Monday night to fire the city administrator without cause. The reason for the termination of Todd Wolf is unclear, since most of the discussion regarding the dismissal reportedly happened among Council members behind closed doors. That had an overflow crowd of residents at Sheboygan City Hall demanding more information about an investigation leading to Wolf’s firing

. A statement from Wolf’s attorney claims “There was clearly a concerted effort to target Todd even before Council’s investigation announcement.” She adds that a lawsuit has not ruled out.
