Green Bay Phoenix logo 2Dayton extended the nations longest home court winning streak to 31-games, coming from behind to beat the 24th-ranked Green Bay Phoenix 72-66 in Dayton, Ohio on Sunday afternoon.

The Phoenix (9-3) took a 42-33 lead into the locker room at halftime, but the host Flyers (8-3) turned up the head defensively in the second half.

Kaili Lukan led the Phoenix with 17 points.  Tesha Buck finished with 14 and Sam Terry 12 for Green Bay.  Mehryn Kraker had seven points and eight rebounds for the Phoenix.

Green Bay finished the first half with eight made three-pointers, but managed just one in the second half.

With the game tied and under a minute to play, Dayton’s top player and reigning A10 Player of the Year Andrea Hoover buried a clutch three-pointer from the wing.  Green Bay was unable to get a shot off on its next possession and the Flyers hit free throws to seal the victory.
