A motorcyclist accused of fatally shooting a Janesville man is arraigned in Rock County Court. 44-year-old James Humphrey and a friend were riding their motorcycles the night of June 4. According to the criminal complaint, the two confronted the occupants of a jeep at downtown Janesville intersection.
