The NCAA continues to investigate the Ohio State football program. Their inquiry has shifted from tattoos to possible illegal car deals for players. Wisconsin Athletic Director Barry Alvarez was surprised by the allegations and resignation of head football coach Jim Tressel. He adds that that NCAA did the right thing by investigating alleged misconduct in the program as its not fair to programs who are trying to compete within the rules. Alvarez and many of the university’s coaches will be in the Wisconsin Dells as part of the Badger Days Tour. The Badger AD was a guest on “The Mike Heller Show” on The Big 1070 (WTSO) in Madison.
